1. Core Commitment: Zero-Trust & Scan-and-Burn
CreatorSafe AI employs a "Scan-and-Burn" architecture. We never store, backup, or distribute any of your original video or audio footage.
When you upload a video, the file is securely transmitted via HTTPS and temporarily resides in the volatile memory or encrypted mount point of our isolated servers. Once the underlying forensic algorithms and large models complete feature extraction and report generation (usually within minutes), system-level processes immediately execute physical deletion commands (fs.rmSync and unlink), completely wiping your original file and all derivative sliced images used for analysis.
2. Types of Data We Collect
- Account & Subscription Information
When you register or subscribe to our Pro service, we collect your email address, account name, and basic billing information. Payment processing is handled by trusted third parties (such as Stripe), and we do not touch or store your full credit card number.
- Scan Reports & Metadata
The system permanently stores the plain text JSON reports generated for you (including scores, warning dimensions, and fix suggestions) so you can review your history at any time. Additionally, we log basic metadata such as the file's hash, duration, and resolution to prevent abuse and optimize computing resource scheduling.
- Usage & Device Data
We automatically collect standard web log information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and page navigation paths. This is crucial for defending against DDoS attacks and improving user experience.
3. Regarding Third-Party Large Models (LLMs) & Data Sharing
To provide forensic-level video detection services, we transmit the extracted feature vectors (video frame screenshots, transcribed text, etc.) to our exclusively trained private multi-modal risk engine for real-time analysis.
Enterprise-Grade Privacy Guarantee: We strictly route your anonymized data through paid commercial/enterprise-grade APIs. According to these providers' official Data Protection Agreements (DPAs), image frames and transcripts passed through such APIs will absolutely not be used to train their underlying foundational models.
Aside from the necessary computing power providers mentioned above, and unless compelled by a legal subpoena, we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information, scan records, or any data with other third-party marketing agencies.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This website uses Cookies and similar local storage technologies to maintain your login sessions, remember your language preferences, and analyze website traffic. You can reject non-essential Cookies through your browser settings, but this may cause some features (like viewing historical reports) to function improperly.
5. Cross-Border Data Transfer
CreatorSafe is a global service. To provide a low-latency scanning experience, your data may be transferred to servers outside your country/region (primarily located in the US or Singapore) for processing. By using this service, you consent to such necessary cross-border data transfers. We commit that all transfers utilize industry-standard TLS 1.3 end-to-end encryption.
6. Your Rights and Contact Information
In accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request access to, correct, or completely delete all account information and historical scan reports we store about you at any time.
